About SalemGlobal: Real Estate Marketing New York, NY

Raphi Salem would like people to know that all of his business is personal. He absolutely mixes business with pleasure, and is a proud husband and father of two children.

Raphi is currently the CEO of SalemGlobal Internet (www.salemglobal.com). Since 1997, his firm has marketed, consulted on and produced over 300 websites and blogs for companies, corporations and non-profits of all sizes. Raphi is also the founder of JewishWeb.com, a portal for the Jewish community, JudaicaStore.com, an ecommerce store within the niche, MarketingDirectories.com, an online industry-specific web directory, and The Seminar Series, a monthly lecture and workshop series where he speaks and teaches business people how to get more out of their websites. During his career in technology and website marketing, Raphi has provided solutions for American Express Publishing, Reader's Digest, David's Cookies, The Jewish Week of New York, and The Jewish Telegraphic Agency (amongst many others whom you have not heard of). Raphi conducts seminars and speaks regularly to national organizations about website optimization and internet marketing. Past speaking engagements have been with the National Resume Writers Association, American Jewish Press Association, Queens College and Baruch College.

Prior to starting his own company, Raphi was a marketing manager for OLiVR Corporation, purchased by LivePicture Inc. during the summer of 1997. Raphi graduated from Queens College/CUNY with a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and with a minor in communications, media and advertising. After internships at BBDO Advertising and NBC Television, Raphi worked for Cable Networks, Inc. a subsidiary of Cablevision. From his experience in NY, Raphi moved to Israel to become the Sales Manager for CNN International through a representative firm called Direct Satellite Television. Raphi has served in the Israel Defense Forces as an Academic Officer and an Assistant Organizational Psychologist.

A five-time NYC marathon finisher, Raphi would like to believe he is still currently writing his first book paralleling the marathon running community and the Jewish community. He has pretty much stopped trying to break into the world of stand up comedy and entertainment, especially after he was rejected from the cast of Donald Trump's Apprentice. Finally, he does like to remember that he has an idea for a children's educational character that will rival Sesame Street ,Big Bird and Elmo.
